First Stage

At Yedur the  process of preparing the best cup of coffee starts at an early stage. Our experts and the Yedur family travel  to the different coffee growing regions of Ethiopia establishing personal connections with farmers and union members; they are the essential backbone of our  coffee production and each member is very important to us.

Second Stage

Once the coffee beans are collected they are taken to our roastery where roasting, cupping and grading takes place accordingly by experienced coffee experts to make absolutely sure the coffee meets the highest standard possible. Due to the training the farmers have received, only the best beans will have been picked.

The roasting (which releases a wonderful aroma) is performed batch by batch by our skilled roasting experts. Our passionate roasters handpick the best beans and they measure biometrically both the humidity and the pressure.

Skilled baristas and cuppers then check the natural acidity level (and other specific and vital characteristics of the different beans from the different areas) to release the superb quality of the coffee beans from the different regions.

  • Grinding
    How would you like your coffee to be grinded? Our experts very well understand that coffee grinding is very important to brew very good quality coffee and this will determine the coffee grinding type . At Yedur we are equipped with very good quality & high capacity grind which allows us to meet your specific grind needs for all brewing methods.
  • Packaging
    Our bio degradable packaging are designed not only to to keep our products fresh, safe and but with the environment in mind. We use bio-degradable, high quality food-grade packaging with degassing valve.
